Alexandra Berlinger, geboren 1970, und Wolfgang Fiel, geboren 1973, leben und arbeiten in Wien. 1998 grundeten sie ihr Architekturburo tat ort. Berlinger studierte an der Universitat fur angewandte Kunst, wo Sie von 2000 bis 2004 als Assistentin tatig war. Sie nahm an zahlreichen Kunst- und Architektur-Projekten teil und kann auf eine Reihe von Einzelausstellungen verweisen.Wolfgang Fiel studierte an der TU Wien und an der Bartlett School of Architecture in London. Er nahm an verschiedenen Ausstellungen und Projekten teil und hielt Vortrage u.a. im Az W und an der University of Edinburgh.Ihr gemeinsamer Arbeitsschwerpunkt ist die wissenschaftliche Untersuchung von Urbanismus und Medialitat.
