The handbook aims to support policymakers in the seven countries of the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) to design and implement policies in support of innovative, high-growth enterprises (IHGEs) as a powerful driver of sustainable development, a resilient post-Covid-19 recovery and the green and circular economy transitions.
