There are times when only a polar bear will do . . . Our flat isn't big, but at least it's high up. I can stand on the balcony and look up at the stars. I reckon Dad's out there somewhere looking up too. And I bet he's thinking about me. I do love Mum and Leo but it's hard work looking after both of them and sometimes I wish things were a bit easier. What's NOT easy is a ridiculous, annoying, in-your-face, POLAR BEAR moving in! I mean, what use is HE going to be? I've tried to get rid of him, but he seems very determined to stay . . . Meet Ruby, and her new (kind of) friend, Mister P . . . the world's most helpful(ish) polar bear! Packed with gorgeous illustrations throughout, this is a story full of humour and heart which will appeal to readers everywhere.

MEDIA REVIEWS
Praise for Me and Mister P: This had me charmed: a hugely appealing story about a polar bear who unexpectedly comes to stay. A fresh and funny story of family and friendship with black and white illustrations throughout. * The Bookseller *
The subtle inclusion of this huge bear by the whole family . . . which in itself is very funny . . . is also why the story works. I was hooked. Highly recommended. * School Librarian *
I just wanted to keep reading this hilarious book. * Minnie Barber, NG Kids *

“A series of stories that go from strength to strength with a big bear and an even bigger heart that do more than break the ice; Mr E is most definitely a huge fan of Mister P!”

I’m absolutely delighted that Maria Farrer’s wonderful Mister P series is back with Me and Mister P: Ruby’ Star, subsequently being published after the first book, Me and Mister P, was at the beginning of 2017. Having... More
