The colorful pages are organized like a website with blocks of text that are easy for a quick read and easy for non-medical professionals to understand. There are highlighted important eye-catching notes and symbols that give further Internet references. This handbook is a wonderful home self-guide to optimum heart health or to recognizing heart problems. The heart functions and anatomy are explained in lay terms with excellent photos and diagrams. There are case studies and examples, good answers to questions. The book includes a DVD with videos and visual explanations and resources. This little full-color book should be in every home and read several times, like a consumer instruction and maintenance guide and service warranty for your MOST important possession.
