“Great Family Saga”

I really enjoyed this dual-time story of two women - Franny and Clara, mother and daughter.

Well researched, it is an excellent choice for a holiday read. I will most certainly read more by this author

“Okay”

First things first - I can't believe quite how much of the plot of this story is given away on the back of the book! Some of the events mentioned don't happen until the final quarter of the book!
