The book is divided into four parts. The first part offers a listing of industry and related organizations covering Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world. The second section provides a dictionary of terms, including publications, common and technical terms, and services. The third part of the book covers specialist terms, acronyms, abbreviations and codes used in Australian and New Zealand travel and tourism industry.
