Rebecca Shaw mixes all the ingredients for a winning novel of village life - THE TIMES
I was slightly disappointed with the latest novel, Village Fortunes. The main story was just too repetitive and I got a bit fed up with it half way through the book.
This book was really enjoyable. I can't wait for Rebecca Shaw's next book in this series. Even if you haven't read the earlier books of The Turnham Malpas series you would still enjoy this book.
