James Bond will return in...Trigger Mortis
The cover for the new James Bond book is revealed and we've got an exclusive, signed, early proof to give away.

Anthony Horowitz joins Sebastian Faulks, Jeffery Deaver and William Boyd in the exclusive club of authors who've written new James Bond novels. Trigger Mortis, revealed early this morning, is set two weeks after the events of Goldfinger and sees the return of Pussy Galore, arguably the most famous of all the Bond girls.
“I was so glad that I was allowed to set the book two weeks after my favourite Bond novel, Goldfinger, and I'm delighted that Pussy Galore is back!" said Horowitz. "It was great fun revisiting the most famous Bond Girl of all - although she is by no means the only dangerous lady in Trigger Mortis. I hope fans enjoy it. My aim was to make this the most authentic James Bond novel anyone could have written.”
The book will also feature brand new Bond girl Jeopardy Lane and use some of Fleming's original material, with Bond taking part in high-speed motor racing, as a springboard for the novel itself.
We're also delighted to have an exclusive, signed proof to give away to one lucky James Bond fan. Usually reserved for VIPs and journalists, you could win an early copy of the novel simply by tweeting us a picture of your and your favourite James Bond book. We'll be launching the competition later today on our Twitter account.
For everyone else, we'll just have to wait until the official publication date of 8th September.
