Pop up a Penguin –
Penguin has turned 80 – Happy Birthday, Penguin. And thanks to the pop-up shop in Boxpark, Shoreditch, we can have our fill of 80p titles (until Sunday) – much better for the waistline than cake.
The cookery book event of the season!
Nopi: The Cookbook is a work of art in itself. And the recipes are delectable. This is Soho restaurant food – for your kitchen table. Yum.
Salman Rushdie signed some books!
We were lucky enough to be given signed editions of the new Rushdie, Two Years Eight Months and Twenty-Eight Days. If you want to get your hands on one, move fast - they've been going down a storm.
