One of Britain’s best-loved cooks, presenters and food writers, Mary Berry trained at the Bath School of Home Economics and The Cordon Bleu in Paris before working as an editor of magazines including Housewife and Ideal Home. In the early 1970’s, Berry began presenting television programmes and publishing cookbooks, beginning with The Hamlyn All Colour Cookbook in 1970. Since then she has published become over 75 books and become a household name as a judge on the Great British Bake Off, The Junior Bake Off, Comic Relief Bake off and Sports Relief Bake Off between 2009 and 2016.
