Ella Mills (Deliciously Ella)
Ella Mills (née Woodward) is a bestselling British food writer and entrepreneur.
Mills was born in Rugby, Warwickshire and studied history of art at the University of St Andrews. She is the granddaughter of Lord Sainsbury of the Sainsbury’s supermarket owing family and became interested in cooking and food writing at early age.
Mills published her first cookbook Deliciously Ella in 2015, followed by Deliciously Ella Every Day in 2016. At the time she was an advocate of the clean eating movement but revised her views after the health benefits of this trend were widely questioned in the media.
Her other bestselling cookbooks include Deliciously Ella with Friends (2017) and Deliciously Ella Quick & Easy (2020). Mills is a passionate promoter of plant-based, environmentally friendly cuisine.
Cookery superstar Ella Mills returns with a selection of hassle-free, time-sensitive vegan treats. With chapters covering 10 minute meals, breakfasts and big batch cooking amongst others, Quick and Easy is the ideal cookbook both for busy vegans on the go and those who want to sample what a delicious plant-based diet is really like.
