Annabel Pitcher
A bestselling children’s novelist, Annabel Pitcher earned national acclaim for her debut novel, My Sister Lives on the Mantelpiece, which won the Branford Boase award in 2012 and was shortlisted for the CILIP Carnegie Medal and the Children’s Book Award. In 2013,her follow-up, Ketchup Clouds, won the Waterstones Children’s Book Prize as well as the Edgar Award for Best Young Adult Fiction in the USA. Her other works include Silence is Goldfish and The Last Days of Archie Maxwell, both of which were nominated for the CILIP Carnegie Medal.
