The chalets in the exclusive ski resorts like Gstaad, Courchevel, Verbier, Megeve, have experienced a literal metamorphosis in recent years. On the outside they often seem as though they have remained unchanged for centuries - that is also the charm of these traditional farmer's homes, which are perfectly integrated in the mountain landscape.
