In the Garden - Just in Rhyme S. (CD-ROM)

This title is one of a series of interactive books based on various foundation stage topics. The software is designed to provide a resource for children to explore rhyme, with animated rhymes and activities. It also includes tools to encourage the development of children's creative skills and their use of basic IT including tools such as digital cameras and scanners and skills such as searching, importing and labelling. Children are rewarded with certificates and a large range of print outs, ideal for follow up work or record books. The CD-ROM is one in a series of topic based CD-ROMs for use in early years settings. Other titles in the series include "Under the Sea", "Family Favourites" and "In the Garden". Also available is a hardcase book containing the rhymes and other topic based resources.
