Diagnostic Angiographique des Maladies Retiniennes: PC/Macintosh

This is an angiographic CD-ROM with a bound atlas, created from a collection of retinographs and images in fluorescein and indocyanine green. It offers diagnostic approach in interpreting specialized examinations. Each pathology of the retina is treated, according to a standard plan: general information (epidemiology, etiology, physiopathology), diagnostics (clinical and angiographic), evolution and prognosis, and treatment (including indications and laser photocoagulation techniques). Identical to the printed version, the CD-ROM is its functional counterpart. For example, the user is able to extend the areas of interest he identifies so that he can easily find his way through the diagnostic differences of the diseases. A section for self-assessment specific to the CD-ROM enables the ophthalmologist to add to and validate his knowledge.
