The samples that are sent by the producers are blind tasted by Gilbert & Gaillard and their team, in a quiet secluded setting (tasting room) and noted on a 100 point scale for the utmost accuracy. And no question of marathon tastings! There are never more than 10-15 samples per tasting in order to maintain fair judgement and analysis.
