Synopsis

This book challenges us to consider the possibility that we exist for a definite purpose, and to embark on a personal search for answers to the meaning of life, a quest for truth. Or will we settle for second best - a lesser life than the one we truly desire and deserve? Can we find purpose and fulfilment in life from following our basic instincts, through over-indulgence, by accumulating wealth, by achieving professional status, by accepting commonly held beliefs and arguments, or by following the latest fashions and trends? Are we neglecting our spiritual and mental needs? The formula put forward is that knowledge = truth = power; not power in a dictatorial sense, but the power to stand our ground, to swim against the tide, to hold onto our beliefs regardless of the opinions of others. We have been given wings, but are we ready to fly to higher levels of existence, to embark on a journey of self-discovery and self-improvement, to change our lives for the better? That is the challenge. It is our choice.
