And, as Delia points out, 'unless you are superhuman' everybody could do with some sound advice on how to succeed on one of the most difficult, and most memorable, meals of the year. She even gives you some shopping lists, a choice of three full exotic vegetarian menus, and ideas on how to use up those leftovers.
