Our Places of Worship: Site User Licence (CD-ROM)

Our Places of Worship is fully interactive whiteboard CD-rom that explores the six main religions (Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Sikhism and Judaism). Each religion is looked at in detail -- starting with the place of worship and then looking at the services, ceremonies, the way people worship and the signs and symbols that are important to the religion's followers. The software is fully interactive and uses a whole-class approach. Video clips, audio clips, audio pronunciation guides, interactive activities such as drag and drop games, crosswords, discussion panels are used to engage children and to stimulate learning.
