Synopsis

It also includes a special foreword by Pat Johnson, McQueen's close friend and karate instructor. There is also a special signed limited edition available, ISBN 978-1-85443-226-1, released Nov 2006, cost 55 that includes a slip case and a CD of Steve McQueen reviewing his script notes for the movie "Tom Horn".
