Thank you for helping us help the environment

Since introducing Eco points, which allow Cardholders to earn 5 points each time you shop with us and don't take a plastic bag, you've helped us save over 6.5 million bags. This is particularly good news for our Welsh customers where, by law, plastic bags cost 5p; by refusing a bag in Wales you can save 5p and earn 5 points, a net saving of 10p plus the warm glow of knowing you've been kind to the environment.

Each week we'll publish these lively discussions as podcasts on The Waterstones Blog so once you've read the book take a listen and see if you agree or disagree with the group.
