Current double points offers
1. To be eligible for this offer on Waterstones.com, you will need to have a Waterstones Card, and that Card must be linked to your Waterstones.com account.
2. To be eligible for double points on the listed titles (stickered stock in store) the books must be ordered by 23:59pm 29th February 2012 on Waterstones.com, or shop closing on the same day.
3. Your double points will automatically be added to your Card account within 72 hours of your selected item being dispatched (provided this is within three months of purchase).
4. No cash alternative will be offered.
5. Prices on Waterstones.com are online only, and may differ from Waterstones stores.
6. This offer is applicable to the listed titles only and works in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions of the Waterstones Card Scheme.
Waterstones Book Club Terms & Conditions
1. This offer entitles registered Waterstones Cardholders who purchase any six of the twelve Waterstones Bookclub titles in paperback format (ISBNs 9781408815687, 9781444708875, 9781847083197, 9780571238309, 9780571259212, 9780007361441, 9780552164139, 9781444724288, 9780141041452, 9781844086399, 9780141048581, 9780099552260) in Waterstones bookshops or online at Waterstones.com between 00.00 on 12 Jan 2012 and 23.59 31 March 2012 to receive 500 bonus points. Bonus points will not show on the Cardholder's receipt and will be applied automatically to qualifying Cardholder accounts on 5th April 2012
2. Offer only valid on purchases where a single Waterstones Card has been used for all six transactions.
3. Cardholders must present their Card (or have linked their Card to their Waterstones.com account) at the time of purchase and cannot claim the offer at a later date.
4. This offer can only be redeemed once per Cardholder; however if the Cardholder purchases all 12 of the BookClub titles they will receive the bonus points twice, as each separate set of 6 titles will qualify for the offer.
5. Bonus points will not show on the Cardholder's receipt, but will be applied automatically within 72 hours of the end of the month in which the final qualifying transaction was made. If any of the purchases are made online, they will only qualify towards the offer once the purchase has shipped and points will be added accordingly. Any purchase which has not shipped within 3 months of the offer end date will not count as qualifying purchase.
6. Six different titles must be purchased to qualify for this offer - multiple purchases of the same title do not count towards the total.
7. Excludes purchases of these titles in eBook or downloadable audiobook form, or those made via Waterstones Marketplace or partner sites.
8. Bonus points will be removed if qualifying titles are subsequently returned for refund or exchange.

10. Money back offer is applicable to the 12 Book Club titles only. Valid on purchases made from 12/01/12 to 30/04/12, with proof of purchase. No end date on refund period. Refund will be awarded whether the book is in perfect condition or not. Without a receipt, your purchase can be exchanged at the current selling price. If the original method of payment is no longer valid, the refund will be made to your e-wallet in your online account. To return an online order to your nearest store bring a printout of your order confirmation mail and the despatch slip.
