Your card will be despatched within 28 days of signing up
Each point is worth one penny
Points earned online are added to your account within 72 hours of your order being despatched
Points redeemed online will not be shown on your order confirmation email, but will be visible when you view your Card account online, 72 hours after your order is despatched
We are unable to add points to your account for purchases made prior to your signing up to the Waterstones Card
Don't forget - if you choose not to receive Waterstones Card emails, you will not receive any exclusive offers, competitions or benefits by email
