Extended returns policy for Christmas
We are pleased to be able to offer an extended Returns period after Christmas. Any products ordered on or after 1st November 2013 may be returned up until 30th January 2014 for a full refund, provided they are in a resaleable condition. Goods must be returned in the original packaging with despatch note. We strongly recommend that any Kindle returns are taken into your local shop for processing, but the original despatch note must be presented to gain a refund and the Kindle must be in its original box, unopened. Can I return my item for an exchange?
We are happy to refund unwanted items (with the exception of eReaders) that are returned to us within 30 days, provided they are in perfect condition. Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying, with as much detail as possible, which items you require in exchange. How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?
