Can I return my item for an exchange or refund? (if it's unwanted, incorrect, faulty or damaged)?
We are happy to refund or exchange unwanted items that are returned to us within 30 days, provided they are in perfect condition. Please send the items to the address below and enclose a note quoting your order number and specifying, with as much detail as possible, which items you require in exchange or whether you would like a refund. You can also return unwanted or faulty items to a Waterstones shop for a refund or exchange. All goods must be returned with proof of purchase, unopened in original packaging and in resalable condition. All refunds and exchanges are processed at the managers discretion.
How can I return an incorrect, faulty or damaged item?

You can also return faulty or unwanted items to any Waterstones shop for a refund or exchange. A refund may be given providing you bring your despatch note that accompanied your delivery and the unwanted item is in pristine condition.
