    If you have a question about setting up or using your Waterstone's Card, please look through our Waterstone's Card FAQs

  • Your card will be despatched within 28 days of signing up
  • Each point is worth one penny
  • Points earned online are added to your account upon despatch of your order
  • Points redeemed online will not be shown on your order confirmation email, but will be visible when you view your Card account online, 24 hours after your order is despatched
  • We are unable to add points to your account for purchases made prior to your signing up to the Waterstone's Card
  • Don't forget - if you choose not to receive Waterstone's Card emails, you will not receive any exclusive offers, competitions or benefits by email

    The helpline is open between 9am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. Calls made from a BT Landline will usually be charged at a standard local rate. Calls from a mobile and other providers will incur a charge with rates varying dependant on the provider.
