Dyslexia Awareness Week

This nationwide event is a week aimed at raising awareness about dyslexia and literacy issues throughout the UK.

Dyslexia Action has 26 Regional Centres around the UK. During Dyslexia Awareness Week, many of Dyslexia Action's regional centres hold awareness events in conjunction with their local branch of Waterstone's.

For Dyslexia Awareness Week 2006, Waterstone's and Dyslexia Action nominated 10 children's books that are suitable for children with dyslexia.
